Glazed Christmas Ham
Ingredients:
Half leg of ham (shop HG website)
1cup marmalade
2 tbsp fresh orange juice
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and cracked black pepper
Cloves if you wish
Method:
-Remove rind from ham, leaving the fat layer
-Score the ham into a diamond pattern, insert cloves if you wish
-Add remainder of ingredients to small pot on stove
-Warm until melted and runny consistency, bast ham well with half of liquid
-Place in oven at 180 for 30 to 40mins, basting with the remaining liquid multiple time until a caramelised glaze has formed
-Enjoy!
